A complete change from the Yamawastyle, with a full-bodied sweetness of rice filling your mouth!
This is sake, and you can feel the sweetness of the rice!
Sake made by a group of breweries in Miyagi Prefecture
This is not the strong fruity sweetness of today's sake, but rather a subtle fruity sweetness, acidity, and dryness on the nose, which is typical of Miyagi Prefecture's sake!
I think this kind of effort that transcends the boundaries of sake breweries is wonderful!
I look forward to more in the future!

This sake is one of the seven famous breweries in Miyagi Prefecture: Hakurakusei (Shinzawa Brewery), Katsuyama (Katsuyama Sake Brewery), Urakasumi (Saura Brewery), Suminoe (Suminoe Sake Brewery), Yamawa (Yamawa Shuzoten), Haginotsuru (Hagino Shuzo), and Koganezawa (Kawatakei Shoten). This sake was sold as part of the "DATE SEVEN" project, in which seven breweries joined together to create a single sake.
It is dry with a fruity aroma and an acidic finish.
It has a delicate flavor that is best enjoyed on its own or with white fish sashimi, as it does not go well with strong-flavored dishes.
Urakasumi style is also available.
