watch out for the Hikoboshi bottle (left) Katsuyama style Orihime bottle (right) Hikoboshi has a fresh aroma, a firm and sharp taste with a little sourness. Orihime has a subdued aroma and a soft taste with a hint of sweetness. The seven hidden pictures on the bottle have yet to be found.

First DATE SEVEN The bottle was opened on Tanabata Day 🎋. Cold sake Subdued aroma Gentle on the palate and easy to drink. Elegant acidity characteristic of Sumikawase Good sharpness Very graceful, calm, and beautiful boy Hikoboshi. That's my impression.

Today is Tanabata 🎋. Speaking of Tanabata, I got a Dateseven on the web. I couldn't buy it last year, but I got it this year 😁. I'll do a luxury drink comparison 🤣👍 Then open the bottle: ‼️ First, Hikoboshi! The aroma is fruity and you can tell it's Yamadanishiki even without drinking it. Next is Orihime! The aroma is fruity and you can clearly taste the Yamadanishiki, and the taste is a bit sweeter than Suminoe, but it's more dry. It was delicious again this year 😊.
