DATE SEVEN SEASON Ⅱ episode Ⅱ Yamawa style This is a joint project by 7 breweries in Miyagi Prefecture, and it is said that every year, two breweries brew the same rice and milling ratio to enjoy the same taste. This year's event will be a comparison of Yamawa and Haginotsuru. The Yamawa was delicious, with a perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami, perfect for a mealtime drink! Rice polishing ratio: 47% (100% Yamadanishiki used) Alcohol content: 16%.

Finally, finally, finally lol! ✨200 check in✨ I've been missing the chance to drink this since July. Limited edition sake once a year from 7 breweries in Miyagi prefecture. This is ⚡️DATE SEVEN⚡️! Now, a sip...hmmm...fresh! Nice aroma too! The acidity from the delicious rice flavor is exquisite! It is exquisite! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️ We also visited Kanda Myojin... lol! The rest of us will drink while watching the last episode "VIVANT" 😆👍👍. I will drink while watching 😆👍

Clean, pale lemon color nearly transparent. Simple, Medium- aromatic intensity of pear, white flower. Light bodied and dry, very clean, smooth and soft, well balanced acidity, medium flavor intensity of pear, steamed rice, rice flour with very clean finishing. A bit fruit acidity after taste. Very easy to drink.

This year's Date7 is brewed by Yamawa Shuzo, the brewery responsible for this year's sake, but I can't say for sure since I've never had Yamawa itself. I can't say for sure since I've never drunk Yamawa itself, but it is mild and has no effervescence. After the Manzaku, I have the impression that it is quite light in flavor... As for the specifications, since it is a joint brew, the main specifications other than the rice polishing ratio are unknown, or at least not listed. Polishing ratio = 40:77 Condition: Heated (From Sakaya Kurihara's website) I heard that Haginotsuru Ver. was also available, but it was sold out. I would like to try that one next time. At any rate, thank you to all the people involved in the seven Miyagi breweries for the delicious sake_(. _.) __(. _...)
