The very clear and delicate aroma is impressive. The acidity and umami are well balanced, and the refreshing characteristics are more noticeable when the sake is chilled. This is a sake that I would like to pair with white meat sashimi.

From the etiquettes
DATE SEVEN is a joint brewing project by seven Miyagi breweries (Katsuyama, Urakasumi, Suminoe, Hakurakusei, Yamawa, Haginotsuru, and Koganezawa). The two leader breweries use the same raw material rice and rice polishing ratio to create a unique and delicious sake. We will continue to promote high quality Miyagi sake throughout Japan and to the world.
Gentle and refreshing on the palate, yet slightly sweet.
Goes well with citrus dishes 🍳.
I was lucky to be able to buy it at a nearby liquor store because I couldn't when I went on a trip to Miyagi in the summer: ✌️
Sashi-Drinking with senior staff of the company 🍶.
The second house
It was in September when I had a drink at DATE SEVEN.
It was my first time!
Maybe my expectations were a little too high 😆.
It's a drunken memory.
Good evening, Zeke Jikon junior!
I'm sure you're going to a great place for a drink out ❗️
The food looks really good👍.
You'll take me there next time 😆.
This one is slightly spicy.
If we talk about ease of drinking.... This one. I had a refill and it was empty.
I look forward to DATE SEVEN every year!
