It comes in with a gorgeous aroma and taste of koji, and the mouthfeel is light and refreshing with a light acidity. It leaves a faint stimulation at the end. It is the kind of sake I would like to pair with grilled barracuda or sea squirt. It is a good sake with a clear aim.

This is a delicious ministry️. A calm and elegant sweetness comes and then it disappears in a gentle way. The balance of acidity is also great 🐱 I think I need a second glass of this.
