We wandered around Cardi's. Sake.
Ice sake? I thought it would be good when it gets hotter.
I tossed it in the back of the basket.
I had it waiting in the freezer, but I didn't realize how quickly it would crisp up.
It was hot, so I decided to finish it off with a dessert.
Adult sherbet Naoshichi is a brand of citrus fruit from Kochi.
It's good to have in the freezer from now on. ⭕️

This is a free gift from Kikusui Sake Brewery at the Niigata Sake Festival.
I was impressed that the free gift was generous and the sake tasting was also delicious 🤔I will visit again next year!
I have the impression that although I drink relatively little Funaguchi, I haven't had much luck with white canned sake until now!
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶It's delicious😊.
Compared to FUNAGUCHI, I get the impression that it has a mellow and crisp flavor🤔The other one has a rough flavor, but this one has a quiet flavor too!
Personally, I prefer Funaguchi.
I feel like Kikusui's sake in aluminum cans tastes 20% better if you drink it in the aluminum can...

We drank this sake at a local popular pork cutlet restaurant.
The freshly pressed, unpasteurized sake is quickly frozen and packaged in a drinkable size.
The fresh, fruity flavor of the freshly pressed sake is concentrated in the bottle.
It has a refreshing, clear flavor, and the tonkatsu restaurant here serves it with a flaky batter that overturns preconceived notions, and the meat is plump and full of juices, making it the perfect match for the tonkatsu.

It is a sake from Shinobata City, Niigata Prefecture.
You can find it in the one-cup section of most supermarkets. I often see it, but this is my first time to drink it.
It goes in smoothly and gracefully.
The sweetness is well balanced by a spiciness that is a bit intense.

How about when warmed up?
The sweetness drifts gently and softly, and the spiciness rises to the surface while it remains cool and refreshing.
When paired with snacks, this spiciness quickly disappears while accepting the snacks.

It is pleasant to finish the drink with a gulp!

Okan's present sake series. Today I chose Kikusui. I didn't know there was a Kikusui in Tosa. I didn't know that😓I expected some sweetness since it is a junmai ginjo, but it was very dry. Sometimes it is nice to drink sake at room temperature. It's a single-batch bottle, so it's easy to open 😄.
