It is a very crisp junmai sake with a good acidity level.
It has a rich and expansive flavor.
It is more crisp when heated.
When heated, the umami is moderate and you can taste the astringency.
I served it with chilled tofu, and it really brings out the flavor of the chilled tofu.
Even if you don't serve it with cold tofu, you can still enjoy the taste.
I often drink dry sake, so I think it is dry by my standards. I often drink dry sake, so I think it is dry by my standards, but it is a very good sake!

After 2 years in Fukuoka, I found myself drinking the most sake from Saga, overtaking the sake from Nara. Checking in over 30 in Fukuoka...sometimes I miss sake from Kansai lol!
Cold sake.
Gentle and mellow umami. Some acidity. The aftertaste is rather dry.
Next, it was served hot.
The umami flavor seems to have mellowed. Personally, I think it tastes better if you take it out of the refrigerator and let it sit for about 10 minutes before drinking.
We had it with yakitori.
This sake surprised me. I often hear that it is a food sake or goes well with a meal, but wait until you try this sake.
This sake was recommended to me by a woman at a liquor store on a recent business trip to Fukuoka. It has no habits or characteristics, but deeply and gently sinks into each and every cell.
It is an amazing sake. It broke my concept of what a food sake should be. I want to buy a bottle of this sake.
Nabe is the best on a cold day.
Drinking and eating at the Shimbashi warehouse.
I wanted to make it cold because I talked too much with my friends, but it was already room temperature.
The dense sweet aroma has a hint of alcohol.
When you drink it, it is surprisingly fresh and smooth.
Peach, a little green of Japanese butterbur. Fruity acidity.
Tingling sensation.
It spreads slowly afterwards,
The taste is as rich and delicious as the initial aroma.
The end is sharp bittersweet.
This is what I like with shigure-ni-ni tuna.
Shinbashi Building Ichigokan Kuri
Drinking outside.
It's been a while since I've had someone buy me a drink, so I'm a little embarrassed and grateful.
Classical, yes, I thought it would be a little more aggressive than the edge impression, but it was a classical flavor that was not sweet.
Memorandum of December 29.
I really wanted to drink Matsuura Ichi.
This sake had a pretty good reputation among everyone 🍶.

The aroma is a fresh pear-like ginjo aroma!
In the mouth, juicy, full flavor and
The sweetness typical of Omachi spreads in the mouth.
The image of the flavor is concentrated because it has been aged ✨.
It is amazing to feel the delicacy in it!
Oh, it's so delicious! It's so delicious 😋!
If I remember this rich sweet flavor
I can't help but want to drink it and go out and buy some 😂.
I'm looking forward to the new sake coming soon✨
Thanks for the treat 😋.
