Although it is a local sake from Aichi, I had never had it outside of izakaya (Japanese style pubs), so I dared to buy it on my trip.
The sake has a good amount of gas and is very easy to drink with a refreshing aroma and acidity. The lingering aftertaste was pleasantly enjoyable.
It has a little carbonation and acidity, and is sweet but refreshing. It is sweet, but refreshing. The description says it goes well with a glass of wine, and it certainly does.
It is easy to drink.
