⭐️4.4 The aroma is fresh and passes smoothly through the nose. It has a clear taste with no unnecessary impurities. The aroma is floral as it passes down the throat, and the acidity finishes it off nicely. It is a clear and elegant sake that is easy to drink even among junmai daiginjos.

I applied for a reservation in February and have been sleeping on it. This is my first Kuheiji draft. I went to my parents' house in GW and opened the bottle. The aroma was not so strong, It was fresh on the palate, but with a moderate sweetness and a good umami and sharpness, and very well-balanced. Compared to Kuheiji's hi-ire, this is only a draft, It has a freshness and richness. It goes very well with meals, My father, mother, and brother were all raving about it. We will have to make a reservation for next year.
