I went to a restaurant I was curious about in Kanda. I asked for a recommendation for a refreshing drink, and they offered this one. I didn't have an image of "refreshing," but when I drank it again, I found that it was indeed not too sweet and went well with sashimi.

Overall 10 (out of 10) We completed our move today😃. But it's only about a 5 minute walk away 😅. The sake I pulled out to celebrate is from Aichi prefecture where Pekho and I have our parents' home, Kuheiji🍶. It's delicious 😋. Cutting sweet-umami type👍 The main taste is sweet and umami, but it also has an astringent and spicy taste that is not so obvious but works well in the background so that it doesn't end there 👍👍. I had it chilled. The aroma I felt was 　-Aroma: Ginjo aroma👍 　-Aroma: Slightly astringent taste on the nose. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum). 　-Spiciness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste 　-Sweetness: 3 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste 　-Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste 　-Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste 　-Astringency: 0 at the beginning → 1 lingering 1 　-Rice flavor: 4 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt】→3 Smaller number = light Bigger number = thicker (5 is the maximum)

The other day, I received a box of sake. The choice was by Kuheiji! I am so happy! I was surprised. Thank you very much! It is a human that I have had at the store. The first sip right after opening the bottle had a slightly refreshing aroma. I took a sip and thought "Oh, it's good! It is so good! As is the case every time, the glass is empty before I can think of how to describe the taste. It's so difficult. Still, the image is clean and beautiful. A very elegant taste. That was my impression. Thank you very much!
