🍶I received this bottle a while ago. I like the retro feel of the label and the taste, and the fact that it is surprisingly 14 degrees Celsius for such an appearance. Let's drink it at various temperatures. I drink it sipping it while remembering how happy I was when I received it.

🍶That's right. It is the kind of sake that makes you forget about the time and keep on drinking it. It is comfortable to drink and does not make a strong statement in a good sense.

We ate a buffet breakfast at the hotel in the morning.
It was about 20 degrees Celsius, but we went through one round in the strong sunlight.
After eating spakatsu at Izumiya, we went to Atsugishi.
We ate grilled oysters and oyster kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot with oysters), and unfortunately gave up on the whisky in Atsugishi (because we had to drive).
After drinking Sapporo Classic and whisky from Atsugishi at the airport, we finished with Kushiro's famous sake, Fukushi!
It was a fun little sightseeing trip with my best friends, golf ⛳️, & sake trip!
Next time I will go to Kumamoto, Dear RIKI!

Fukushi Sake Brewery in Kushiro City
He came to the National Sake Fair hoping that it would be a good opportunity for him to expand his business to Kansai.
They brought 4 kinds of sake and we asked the brewer about them and chose this one.
A new brand launched by five young brewers of the Fukushi Sake Brewery.
Goshiki saikumo, or five-colored clouds. Goshiki no Kumo.
The products are for exclusive dealers and are not sold in the official online store.
Polishing ratio 60%, Ginpu 12%, 1980 yen
Not very sweet, but easy to drink.
It has a 4MP-like taste. 4MMP(?) with low alcohol content. It seems to be in line with the current trend.
I was curious about the other three, but time is short, so on to the next drink...
I bought it in February, chilled it in the fridge and opened it today.
I love the flavor and richness on the tongue.
I think it's dry.
Hokkaido sake is delicious!
