Refreshing aroma✨
Easy to drink, goes in and disappears quickly 😲w
Sweet and sour and fresh 🎵
There is also a slight schwash 😋.
Bitterness comes out at the end and the finish is firm and tight 👍️
A sake you want to drink as you remember it.
As usual, the aroma, sweetness, and bitterness run around in the mouth in good balance 😋.
Really delicious ❗️
I would recommend this sake to anyone👍
Morishima Junmai Daiginjo Comet Unfiltered Nama-shu
Purple label recommended by Mr. Kumagai at Lajomon 🍶.
Morishima's refreshing gas and the light flavor of Hokkaido rice comet are good.
The freshness of the sake and the accentuated acidity made me think I was drinking Lajomon 😊.
Delicious.
A while ago, my sake-loving boss and I were talking about "Morishima" and how there are no stores around me that carry it. Yesterday, my boss surprised me with a bottle of "Morishima" and said, "I'm about to drink it, but I'm going to give it to you. I'm so happy!
I'm so happy. ‼︎
It was my first "Morishima". I had it right away.
It is a junmai daiginjo brewed with "Comet", a rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Hokkaido. It has an elegant ginjo aroma that spreads softly, and a perfect balance of light umami and acidity.
The gentle, soft sweetness and moderate acidity are pleasantly crisp and delicious.
I found another new delicious sake. ‼︎
Acidity
Sweetness
Spiciness
Clear taste with a refreshing sensation.
Sweetness is not strong.
Pungency is not strong either, but sweetness is less than pungency.
Comet, 50% polished rice
Slightly 🍏🍋 aroma. It is quite light.
It has a wet, sweet taste. It has no sharpness at all, no sharpness, and is not like Morishima's sake.
This is good. It has a lemon-like acidity and is easy to drink. It has some flavor for a junmai daiginjo.
First time playing 👊 Morishima🍶.
Mature fine bubbles 🫧 when poured into a glass.
After a while it disappears and clears.
No chilliness on the tongue either.
Aroma is gorgeous & fresh when cold. 😤
As the temperature rises, there is a hint of freshness, like muscat or green apple 🙄.
In the mouth comes a strong sweetness 🌊.
The acidity also feels rather strong and disappears quickly.
Sukkiri: 🕯️
The aroma and taste are different depending on the glass 🧐.
I couldn't really smell the aroma without a wine glass 🍷 and the sweetness was a bit subdued. (Personal opinion)
I'd like to play with someone other than Murasaki's crew 🟣🔥.
Good morning, Minosuke 😃.
Congratulations on your first Morishima ㊗️ as a member of the Purple 🟣 team 🎉!
I think the glass that smells like a glass of wine has a strong sweet taste 🤗 We would like to have a hand with Miyamanishiki Jungin that we got hooked on ☺️
Jay & Nobby. Good morning 😊
I knew your experience knowledge is different 🤩.
I will try some more things 🍷!
Would you recommend the Gold🥇 squad 🤔?
(August?) I have a feeling it's pretty strong ♥
100% Omachi
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 15
Production date: December 2024
The aroma is subdued. I thought it was clear, but when I filled it up in a snake eyes boar cup, it turned out to be a bit dark ‼️ (clear after drinking half of it).
I love Shiboritate 😆 It has a gaseous taste and the strength of Omachi comes through the nose in a clear flavor with a standard balance of sourness and sweetness 💨.
Actually, I checked in late, so I compared it with Miyamanishiki, which I'll post later, and rewrote a lot of my impressions from the draft 😅.
