I have been wanting to try "Morishima" for a long time. The aroma is sweet and fruity, and the mouthfeel is sweet too... The finish is crisp with just the right amount of bitterness! Nice...delicious! It also goes well with food...Enjoyed a good time with the summer stamina "Hamo-ten" and "Edamame" from a local farmer....

At home. I️haven't had Morishima for a long time, but this one has a sweetness and a slight sourness in the back of a gentle mouthfeel, and a clean aftertaste. It's always good to drink it.

At home. Sake that you can't help but want to drink. I am thankful that the liquor store I always go to always has it. Tonight it was paired with chicken dishes. I think it is the best sake for any kind of food. I am already a captive of it.

Memorandum 😃. I was at a standing bar that I just wandered into for the first time 😃. I told the waitress that I prefer a little sweet sake 🍶 and she gave me a choice of two kinds 🍶. The waitress gave me a choice of two kinds of sake 😄. This is the other sake 😃. This one was also fragrant and slightly sweet 😋... 😋. Very similar type to mansaku no hana 😊. This one is also delicious 😆. It's hard to say which one is better, It's hard to say which one is better than the other, but if I were to force myself to compare the impression I got from drinking them I'll use an analogy, (Taste is different, but it's just an image 😅) Mansaku no Hana is thick calpis, and this is normal calpis. It was light and easy to drink. Both were very delicious 😋😋. Thank you very much for the food... ☺️

It's light but refreshing, with a touch of gas! But not too refreshing, you can also feel the fresh sweetness and acidity and the deliciousness of the rice✨. The second half of the wine has just the right amount of bitterness and acidity, and it finishes with a refreshing aftertaste, so I think it would be even more enjoyable to drink with food with a little oil! 😆 😆 It's so good!

It has been a long time since I have had a bottle of Morishima! I bought this bottle because I like Miyamanishiki, but it was sleeping in the fridge. It has a slight sparkle with bubbles on the glass, and when you drink it, it has a sharpness that goes well with fish dishes. It was a great match for the oysters and clams we had at the BBQ that day! I think it is interesting to match sake with the food you eat! I also opened a bottle of Tobiroki Jun Dai, but didn't post it because I've reviewed it before and it's not my personal favorite 💦. 3.8/5

Sake with a nice sharp taste. Easy to drink on its own. Dry but with a hint of sweetness from the rice. Because it is a beautiful sake, simple snacks such as pickles would be good.

Was a bit uninteresting when initially opened. Left overnight, some gas buildup, but the flavour developed to a slightly sweet, fruity, melon with acid finish. Delicious with nabe, with more pronounced acid.
