Tonight is "Morishima" 🍶. Actually, the bottle was opened on Wednesday the 14th, but it was left in the fridge after being opened at a drinking party on Thursday and Friday 😅. This is the first time for me to drink an opened bottle of sake for 4 days, so I was both excited and anxious to see how it would change 😞. As expected, after 4 days, it tasted like something else 😱. On the first day of opening the bottle, it had a fruity aroma but was sharp and a little different from other Morishima's. I liked it again and felt again that Morishima is a sake that fits my tastes. And when I let it sit for 4 days, the aroma became milder and the sharpness changed to a sharpness that was several times more sharp 😅. It was another good experience for me 😍.

Good evening, Mr. Baum! I'm a weak drinker and I sometimes open a bottle and leave it open for a day because I have to take a day off from drinking, so the change in taste makes a lot of sense to me 😊. I'd love to try this drink as I haven't had it yet 😋.
