Hitanishiki Junmai Ginjo The last time we had it, it had a sense of activity, but this time it was different. It is refreshing and easy to drink. The soft sweetness starts to clear up. A very good food sake. I love it. 120 points.

It looks like white wine and smells like rosé wine. When you smell it, it is fruity like a wine, and you can also feel tannins (dryness) in the back. When you drink it right after opening it, it has a slight fizziness, juicy fruitiness, and a melon-like sweetness, but after a little while, the fizziness disappears and the taste changes to a crisp one. There is also a refreshing muscat flavor. It is a good sake that does not interfere with any dishes. I drank too much while exploring the flavor and aroma.

森嶋のガス感からフルーティーな甘味とジューシーさ。辛口なキリッとした感じがやってきて後には旨味が残ります。めちゃくちゃ美味しかった14号雄町の火入れ版。こんな隠し球があったとは✨ 生酒の時には、なかったような気がする辛口になる感じが少しひっかかる気がします。同じ銘柄だと火入れの方が好きなことが多かったのですが、こちらは、生酒の方が好みかな🤔
