I have been wanting to try "Morishima" for a long time. The aroma is sweet and fruity, and the mouthfeel is sweet too... The finish is crisp with just the right amount of bitterness! Nice...delicious! It also goes well with food...Enjoyed a good time with the summer stamina "Hamo-ten" and "Edamame" from a local farmer....

At home. I️haven't had Morishima for a long time, but this one has a sweetness and a slight sourness in the back of a gentle mouthfeel, and a clean aftertaste. It's always good to drink it.

Fresh fruity aroma like green apple, with a little gasiness. The taste is not so sweet, and the acidity is effective. It is a slightly dry sake, but the alcohol is not so strong, and overall it was a light and easy to drink sake 😊Thank you!

Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop. I was going to try a new brand, but was defeated by the deliciousness of this Morishima, which I had drunk before, so I repeated it. It is as good as ever. I wonder why it has so many different flavors, but no cloying taste.

Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station in August. I had decided not to buy sake in Tokyo, but I could not pass up Morishima. Because you can't buy it in Niigata... I always wanted to try it because I had an image of it being modern and light. When I drank it, I found that the sweetness had been cut down quite a bit, and it was sharper and paler than I had imagined. It has a refreshing fruitiness and a moderate acidity, making it easy to drink. It has a light flavor, so it can be paired with any meal, but I think it would look better with Western food. Carpaccio, for example. I would like to try the other Morishima.
