This is the sake that came out when I ordered a clear sweet sake at my first restaurant. Sogapère Effice, made by a winery in Nagano. I have heard of the name, but I think this is the first time I have had it. Maybe because the bottle looks like wine, or maybe because the person I went with was drinking white wine. Maybe it was my imagination. I think it is a very good sake as a food wine.
