Reminder of sake drunk in early autumn
I bought this sake from Fukui at the Hokuriku 3-prefecture fair at Ekinaka. The brewery is located at the foot of Mt. Hakusan, but the sake is made in the Nanbu style. I don't like extremely dry sake, but I liked the juicy and spicy taste of this one when I tasted it and brought it home.

Winter.
It's been a while since I last posted. I've been drinking a little bit, but I've lost my passion... I thought I'd continue to drink sake, because it's still good.
The first sake to be revived is Ippongi's Winter Nigori Sake. It goes well with strong flavored side dishes. At first glance it looks strong, but it is light and easy to drink. It is a good sake as a food sake because it does not have a strange sweetness. On the other hand, it is a little weak in terms of peculiarities, and a little weak in terms of punch when enjoyed on its own.
😀😀😀😀
When I visited a liquor store,
The brewer was there and he recommended this sake to me.
He recommended this sake to me and I bought it on the spur of the moment.
I bought it on the spur of the moment,
I bought it on the spur of the moment and it was delicious!
For evening drinking at a hotel in Fukui, Japan. One-cup sake purchased at a convenience store.
Dry, with a slight aftertaste.
I wanted to drink it with nuts or something.
