Iida Sake Brewery - Spring Session 🌸
The last 5th brewery is Ippongi in Fukui!
Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake 🍶 Denshin Haru🌸 Gentle and sweet. But it is also dry and sharp.
Junmai Unrefined Nama Sake ✨ Haruno Junmai Sake Arabashiri 😆 A little grassy, dry. A little grassy, dry, and stimulating.
Daiginjo Kotonaegushi ✨ Fine, clean, no corners, tasty but expensive 😅 Saka Homare 🌾 Junmai
Junmai 🍶 Denshin Ina. Light, warm it up. It's light and you can enjoy it warmed up.
Dry Junmai 🍶 Solid, but not harsh. The brewer says it can be served hiya for crab or heated for mackerel 🤔 Heated to about 45 degrees Celsius? Soft, acidity and spiciness are good👍.

Souvenir from a business trip to Fukui 🍶.
It has a fruity aroma with a good sense of rice flavor, and the taste is clean with a spread of umami. The slightly acidic aftertaste is impressive.
From the very first sip, as is typical of dry junmai sake, the taste of sake is clean and refined, and a hint of koji (malted rice) dominates the palate. It has a classic sake taste, not the modern one that has been popular in recent years, but it also has a refined flavor.
Strong taste. Strong attack.
Sharp acidity and fresh, astringent, apple.
After a touch of juicy sweetness,
The bitter taste tightens it up.
As you continue drinking, the second half of the bottle has a smooth rice-like feel,
The acidity is fresh and fresh.
Fresh, deliciously acidic, and deliciously spicy.
The smell is refreshed without losing to the yukke (yukke with tuna blood).
