Ichihongi Kotonaegushi Daiginjo
Soft ginjo aroma. It has a soft impression.
After the alcohol taste, a smooth sweetness spreads.
It has a strong umami flavor with a clean aftertaste.
Anyway, it is delicious.
I had a dry classic.
The first sip had a sharp alcohol taste and a rice flavor that came on rather quickly.
I thought it might not be my favorite type, but from the second sip, it turned mild and dry, making it easy to drink.
It may have more sharpness if it is well chilled.
It was easier to drink than I had expected.
I thought it could be enjoyed without any accompaniments.
The third glass was Ippongi. It was fruity, easy to drink and full of flavor. It had a very sophisticated taste. I had other drinks, but I don't have any pictures of them. It was a night of enjoying sake (a lot) with Taiwanese people, food, and atmosphere.
Trip to Fukui (8)
Sake for the night of Fukui trip, we'll close with (8).
I think it's Sake and Soba?
I got the impression that it was very dry and easy to drink, so I decided to buy a souvenir sake, a spicy and refreshing Junmai Ginjo from Ippongi (to give away).
The 4th one is a souvenir for myself that I bought at a sake brewery, I think I'll be able to open the bottle next week.
