Purchased at a supermarket during a trip to Fukui. Every supermarket I went to always had a pack of this type of sake. It must be a major brand in Fukui. It is interesting that "jizake" seen in other prefectures and "jizake" seen locally are totally different.
There was no unpleasant sake smell, and it was drinkable as usual. It is even easier to drink when it is warmed up. Maybe it is better to drink it warmed than chilled.
It is a moderately dry sake, and the meal goes on and on.
I would like to pair this with sashimi.
I bought some walleye and served it with sashimi, and it went well with it!
It is not a modern sake, but it is a dry sake with a strong dry taste. This kind of sake is also important.
I drank a cup of sake for the first time and the solid sake is delicious 😋.
I felt the evolution of cup sake.
I guess I just had a bad impression of cup sake 💦.
