This time we searched for a sake shop in Saitama.
I saw Kamaya at Yamaya in Shibuya.
I was interested in the same Kamaya sake, but since I can't carry around refrigerated sake for long periods of time on business trips, I decided to take one that could be stored at room temperature as a souvenir for myself.
Mild aroma, mild and
Mellow.
Calm and rounded.
Matured flavor.
Slightly sweet.
It is easy to drink, refreshing and smooth.
