I bought it at the supermarket where I went on a petit trip (^^).
It's sweet and delicious!
I stopped at Nanyo Brewery on the way, but it was closed...(*_*) I still can't buy it...
Very mellow on the palate, not glamorous. The taste of fine Yamada-Nishiki is evident, and the 17% alcohol content leaves a long, pungent taste on the tongue. It's not a trendy sake. It's not the kind of sake that I would have liked.
The nose is gorgeous, with yellow apples, pears, selfeuille, topping, white dumplings and lime.
The attack is rather strong, with an elegant sweetness and a bitterness that imparts a fine acidity and richness.
Quite tasty.
