Unique sweetness, brown sugar-like sweetness feeling? I can't tell if it is called Yamahai.
I felt the most depth of sweetness in the sake I have ever had.
As usual, I was a little wary of Yamahai, but I was right on the money 🍶.
Good aroma, sweet and spicy punch on the palate, no Yamahai Suga at all 😊.
Good sake ‼️
I've had this label before.
I checked on Sake-no-Wa and found that the 240 letters are blue🟦 on the previous one and gray🩶 on this one.
It seems to be a difference in sake rice. They say it is the difference between Gohyakumangoku and Yamadanishiki.
It was a crisp and flavorful sake 🍶.

Sake I bought at IMADEYA in Sakae when I went back to my parents' house.
They explained to me what it was all about, but I don't remember 🤣.
I was curious about the look of it and bought a packet 👍.
It's an unfiltered raw sake from Omachi 🤩.
The first sip is spicy.
But there is sweetness in it.
Second sip, strangely it is not spicy but mineral 😳.
Finally, bitterness and spiciness
Omachi brewed with hard water has a very unique sake quality!
It's not the type of sake that you can drink easily, but it's a good sake to enjoy slowly 🥰.
Sake from Chiba 🍶.
I was wary of this sake because it was made with Yamahai, but it had a completely different taste, fruity and very easy to drink 😊.
I bought it without a second thought: ‼️
When I first drank it, it was sweet and fruity but had a unique aftertaste (spicy? sour?). sourness?) However, by the second or third glass, the uniqueness became addictive and I kept on drinking.
However, the alcohol content is 17%, so it makes me drunk. I feel light-headed.
As a local, I am happy when local Chiba sake tastes good!
(Postscript)
The second day after opening, the aftertaste becomes milder and different. This makes me drink it with gusto.
