I went to Saito Bar.
I went early in the opening hours, so it was easy to get in.
but by the time I left, the bar was full.
The first one was Misuzu new sake Orikarami!
The bottle was soaked in water,
Wrap and rubber bands are cute to keep the label from peeling off.
Cute rubber bands 😄!
It tastes fresh, crisp and fruity!
Standard stew and potato salad
Good morning, Bosuke 😃.
I'm looking forward to exploring the adult izakaya 🏮 with Kazuhiko Ota's book and other books.
I'm looking forward to exploring it while watching 😁.
Harry, I see you have been to Saito Bar.
It has a very nice atmosphere👍.
I like the furnishings in the restaurant? I also like the furnishings and the overall store layout.

Purchased at the warehouse
Wow, it's ripe❗️
The aroma of aging like in a warehouse is noticeable, but the sweetness of rice, mellow acidity, and umami support the whole sake on the backside. ‼️
It has a strong character, but surprisingly it may also be good as a food sake ^ ^.
It is served with sweetened kasubi fish. ☺️
It was very refreshing. I was surprised.
The acidity comes gradually in the aftertaste.
You should taste it cold.
Perfect for raw, non-oily foods such as sashimi and horse sashimi.

Misuzu Brewery, Shiojiri-shi, Nagano Misuzu Junmai-shu
This is a basic junmai sake from Misuzu, a famous sake brewery in Nagano Prefecture.
It has a sweet aroma, but the actual taste is refreshing.
I tried it cold at first, but I prefer it at room temperature for a gentler rice flavor.
Purchased at Hanshin Department Store as a gift for tasting.
Nagano sake made with 100% Nagano rice.
This is my favorite.
Now, let's see what it tastes like.
