I think the last time I had it was green label.
I liked the taste, so I was curious about the fact that it was a draft sake and bought it 🍶.
First day
The aroma is beautiful.
When you drink it, you can taste the umami in the mouth.
Long alcohol taste
Slightly long aftertaste
Maybe it's good for eating.
2nd day
The juiciness has dropped a little, but the flavor has increased. ⤴️
No change in alcohol taste?
Bitterness seems to have increased 🤔.
It's a bit too dry and bitter to drink by itself...
Purchased at Sakamoto Shoten when I returned home.
I was curious about this brand.
It is a style that I like very much.
The aroma is subdued, and the sweetness of the honey, like that of red apples, is combined with the lightness of the pulp.
The color is light.
In the mouth, it has a refreshing flavor of apple and white grapes, and a sharp acidity spreads out to tighten the overall taste, and it finishes quickly.
The slightly effervescent and tangy flavor, combined with the tingling sensation, creates an easy-to-drink but dry atmosphere.
In addition, the base has the umami of Dewa Sanzu, making it smart yet broad.
Noteworthy is the sharpness of the acidity.
While sweet and fruity tastes are still popular today, it is cool to see a wine that seems sweet but actually has a very tight body when you take it off.
I paired it with fried tofu from Tochio, grilled on both sides and topped with miso paste and small green onions, and it was a perfect match.
A sharp sake.
I like it.

Slightly carbonated. Sweet and strong umami. The umami prevails. There is a strong aftertaste of rice. But overall, it is refreshing and spicy, so it can be drunk while eating. There is a slight tangy taste. Bitterness remains. Is it complex?
We changed the location in front of Hiroshima Station for the second restaurant. Sake & Snacks Tsumugi. We drank a cup of sake while eating oden.
The aroma is mild, and although you can taste the fullness of the flavor in your mouth for a moment, the aftertaste quickly fades away.

Impression: crisp and fruity
The aroma and attack are characterized by a muscat-like freshness. The acidity is high, the sweetness is not noticeable, and the aftertaste is clean and crisp.
It is delicate and has no cloying quality.
It is not really annoying and can be easily enjoyed.
If you find this sake, you should definitely buy it.
