It has almost no aroma and seems dry, but when you put it in your mouth, a soft acidity spreads, and it has a wonderful flavor that is different from the other rice wine I have had. This sake overturns the image that Yamahai sake is heavy. HohaiRIVRE 純米吟醸2024純米吟醸原酒 hyt(No photo because I got it at the store.) This is not Aomori sake, but I found Miyakanbai, which is not available in our neighborhood, so I bought it!
The aroma is so fruity that I want to feel it all the time! It smells so good!

The finish is not a quick one, but the lingering aftertaste that lingers for a little while is very characteristic. The sweet aroma lingering on the nose and the moist fruit and rice feeling lingering on the tongue. I wonder if this is the skill of hiyaoroshi.
