Hiroki Shuzo's "Tobiroki Junmai Ginjo Black Label
Tobiroki" was just manufactured this month, and I was able to purchase it at a regular price at my favorite liquor store while spending my membership points.
Melon or muscat when opening the bottle? Muscat? The aroma reminded me of melon or muscat when I opened the bottle, and it was "delicious" without any logic. Words cannot describe the balance of the wine.
The acidity in particular is outstanding. It is not so much dry as it is refreshing and crisp. The rich aroma is only possible because it is made by Tobiroki.
Tobiroki" is an excellent sake that will soak into your heart with every sip.

It's hard to say, but my first impression is that it is not a mealy sake.
It is rare to find a junmai daiginjo that is not so sweet.
It is not suitable for those who like a sake with a lower rice polishing ratio,
But it may be suitable for stubborn fathers who don't like Junmai Daiginjos.
This is the first time I have tasted Tobiroki, and it is such a sake.

I was able to buy it in a bottle, so I drank it in large quantities 🍶.
The aroma is not strong, but I dare say it is like Aron Alpha 🟡.
It has a slight melon-like sweetness and umami on the palate. The palate is slightly melon-like, sweet and tasty, with a greef-like acidity and bitterness that refreshes the palate.
Overall, the taste is light and refreshing, and you won't get tired of drinking it👍Well, it is a popular sake, and there is no doubt that it is good.
It is like water when paired with a meal.
It's a very pure sake, but it's not as good with strong foods, so I think it goes best with white fish or light appetizers 😆.
Aizu sake is definitely good no matter what you drink 😋.

Tobiroki together with skewers and take-ni-ni. It was the most extravagant set ever. The bamboo stew was tender and the broth was delicious, the skewers were soft, easy to eat and juicy, and the fruity flavor of the Tobiroki mingled with the fruity flavor of the Tobiroki, making it a great treat✨.
