We ended the meal at NATURA with a Junmai Daiginjo from Tobiroki 😆. It has a green apple-like aroma and a beautiful mouthfeel. The gradation of clear sweetness, light acidity from the rice flavor, and refreshing bitterness (I imitated it 😋) is irresistible. It was still a well-balanced and delicious sake😍.

Good evening, ichiro18! NATURA is very famous 😲. The sake lineup looks good, and I'm tempted to splurge on the Junmai Daiginjo by Tobiroki 😋. Looks delicious 🤤🤤.
