Fourth, another Tobiroki Black Label, which I haven't had in a long time.
The nickname I've given myself is "The Daughter of the Window".
This one is a sure thing too 🥹.
Made from domestic rice with 40% polished koji rice and 50% polished kake rice
Alcohol 16 degrees
The aroma is a hint of melon.
It is not flashy, but rather understated,
but it is deeply delicious.
I was drinking 2 gos of sake while looking at a bottle of sake.
I was drinking 2 cups of sake while looking at a bottle of sake
and unusually he went to another table😅.
Everyone had already finished their drinks.
There was only one more to drink!
Now what to do?
It's a rare sake in my opinion, but it's still delicious 😋.
I was able to purchase it at Izumiya in Koriyama City 🥰.
Looking forward to seeing you next time 😋.
It is already February. Today we are having sukiyaki with delicious meat we received. The sake to be served is Tobiroki.
The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma. It has a sweet umami taste on the palate, with a hint of spiciness lingering in the latter half. This umami is delicious.
We will continue with the heated sake ♨️ The aroma is subdued and the mouthfeel is mellow and umami. I think the flavor increases even more when the sake is heated 😊I think it goes well with warm food with a soy sauce based broth. It seems to go well with winter dishes such as oden and simmered dishes. Delicious✨
Hi missamisao😃
Delicious meat sukiyaki and Tobiroki 😍A wonderful combination 🤗It's a pleasure in winter to be able to enjoy it twice with cold and warmed sake 😚.
The first sip goes in like water.
As you taste it in your mouth, the sweetness comes out, and then it wears off.
It is a different type from the brands I usually choose, but it is very tasty.
It can be served alone or with food.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 40% for koji rice, 50% for kake rice

It has a beautiful sake quality, calm and gentle taste, clear and transparent, and very tasty.
It goes well with light Japanese food.
