I went out for dinner today because I wanted to have a seafood bowl 🚙.
I searched for sake and found that they had sake on tap, so I just had a snack 🆗.
I asked if they had any Tobiroki and they gave me a bottle of Kuchibiraki... I can't drink it at home, so I have to drink it if they have it at the restaurant 😉.
I enjoyed it with horse mackerel sashimi, onion salad, and boiled peanuts I learned about at the prefectural meeting 🥜 😋.
It's a delicious taste with an excellent balance of flavors without being too unbalanced👍

My usual favorite restaurant
When I handed them a bottle of Tobiroki that I had brought as a gift, they said, "We have Tobiroki at home, too.
I had never had a special pure sake before and was looking forward to drinking it with some snacks.
The label is too austere...
I love the characters that look like "The Sake" 🤤.

Oh...! It's as light and dry as I imagined!
The aroma is subdued, but there is an elegant ginjo aroma wafting through the air.
The taste is light and delicate, and the umami of the rice is conveyed directly to the palate with a good sharpness.
The yakitori I ordered with salt, and the sweetly seasoned fried eggs all go well together!
As expected of Asproki!
It was a great sake. ☺️✨

It's been a long time since I've had Tobiroki.
I've had it in the past, but it's still a sweeter, fruity type of Tobiroki.
The second half is a little spicy, but the overall taste is elegant.
Tobiroki is a fixed type that you can get at liquor stores and they only have bottles of it, so I think there are different types but I haven't been able to drink them 🤔.

I bought it without hesitation 🤣.
