On Sake Day, I opened a bottle of Tobiroki.
The aroma is apple-like.
In the mouth, it has a slight sweetness and minerality.
The second half is tangy and dry with a solid alcohol taste.
It tastes more like a classic, but even those of us who regularly drink gorgeous modern sake can enjoy it.

A BBQ was held at Wakata and Yuki's house and I attended.
It had been years since I had been to a real BBQ, and I was completely excited.
The snacks made by Wakata were delicious.
There were 6 of us, Mr. and Mrs. Wakata, Uma Uma Uma, Maru, special guest bouken, and myself. For a detailed review of the drinks, please refer to bouken's article.
I forgot how old I am and lost my memory during the drink.
I was completely taken care of by the Wakata family. Thank you very much.
It had been a long time since I brought my own Tobiroki, but it was easy to drink because it had a wash effect even at the BBQ.
