Hikaru-kun's restaurant third drink
Slightly yellow
Sweet on the palate, like Saijo's sake
Aged aroma is gentle.
Clean and dry with no hint of twist.
Full-bodied and rich, it will be good warmed up.
It is a good introduction to aged sake.
I wanted something stronger, so I ordered a pizza.
Aged sake goes well with cheese.
There were not many regular customers that day, so Hikaru and his mom had a nice conversation.
They say there are few customers on Thursdays and windy days.
Sounds like the lyrics of a nostalgic song!
💮
High in alcohol content, but fruity.
In a good way, it is surprisingly refreshing to drink!
Might be tough for sake beginners.
It is freshly squeezed and has depth in spite of its coarseness (young).
It also has the unique tanginess of nama-shu.
It is delicious! I like it!
Alcohol 17%, Rice polishing ratio 60
Refreshing and fresh, with aroma of ripe fruits.
Soft sweetness and a clean and crisp aftertaste.
It seems to go well with anything at any time.
Delicious!
