Special Junmai Zouga Nama Sake
Made with Yamadanishiki from Hiroshima Prefecture
It has a mellow aroma.
The soft, dry mouthfeel is gradually spread by the umami of the rice. It has a rounded feeling, but after passing through the throat, it settles nicely.
Junmai Daiginjo Koju
It has a melon-like aroma and sweetness.
The texture is more fine-grained, which is typical of Junmai Daiginjos. It has a cool, fruity aroma that passes through the nose and has a pleasant aftertaste.
Junmai Ginjo-Nama Nama Sake Rockhopper
It has a bouncy sweet and sour taste.
As expected from a pure sake, it has a strong flavor and is a little tangy on the tongue, but it is not as harsh as one might expect.

It is named after Kamoizumi's introductory standard sake, with the idea of being "the first bottle".
It has a slight amber color. When you drink it, you can taste the umami of the rice, followed by a soft bitterness and a clean finish.
