The 42nd bottle of home brew in 2024 🍶.
Sugiyuu's summer cat 😼 package is cute 😆.
The taste is slightly dry, without much sourness or bitterness, with a crisp and clean aftertaste 🤤.
I wonder if it's because it's made from the original sake brewery that it's not too dry and has a bit of weight to it. Thank you for the treat 🙏🙏.

This was my first drink at Akutaretei near Yamagata Station, a nice place where it is easy to go drinking alone. I ordered it because I liked Akafukusuke from the same brewery I had in March, but it was dry and not exactly to my liking.
I finished work early today, so I tried the "Otsukare Nama".
It is dry but not sake-like and easy to drink. I think it would go well with sashimi and fish dishes.
This was my first Sugiyuu. I had had Senkou's Beetle before this, so I felt it was a very rich and heavy sake. The sweetness you can taste in the finish is very nice. This is 1,870 yen so it is very cosy 😊.

Daiginjo, not Junmai. Al-soke.
Summery visual.
The aroma is like green apples and soda.
When you drink it, it starts out with a low acidity and pure sweetness.
The refreshing acidity lightly tightens the aftertaste.
The sweetness is refreshing.
The flavor seems to be strong for an alcoholic beverage.
It goes down the throat and is pleasant to drink.
It is quite good, including the cost performance.
Seems to be good with meals.
Summer cat found after running cat💡🐈.
Sugiyuu's cat series😺😺.
Nama Hashimoto Yamahashiro, something unfamiliar to us.
It's a little sour but fruity.
This one hasn't been posted on Sake-no-wa yet, recently.

I think I posted before that I would buy it as soon as I found it, and yes, well, that's not a lie, but here's my impression again. (I think it's a little too sweet to drink in a leisurely manner, and you'll be satisfied after drinking about 2 gou. Well, I wonder how many people drink more than 2 gou. It tastes good, of course, but in that sense, it is a drink for which you have to choose the right timing.
It is quite unusual to be drinking early in the morning on a Monday morning...the rain may be hard on you, but have a nice Monday.
