This small local Shizuoka brewery, run by a father and son, has many delicious sake🍶. I was curious about it after seeing the brewery's installations. I'm glad it's still there😄. A dobrok-like sake made by combining jun-dai, jun-gin, and junmai orizumi 🍶. It has the sweetness of ori but is still sake. Delicious. If you find it at a store, please buy it. It is a local sake brewery that I want to support.

I bought it on a trip to Izu Kogen and had it in my room before dinner. It was very gassy and difficult to open, and the local liquor store owner told me I was very brave, but I managed to open it without overflowing. It has a gaseous and doburoku taste that is hard to find.

I went to a liquor store and asked the owner to recommend a sake that goes well with hot sake. When I drank it before heating it up, I thought it was not clear, but when I heated it up, it was sweet when I drank it, but had a sharp taste. Drinking out in Shizuoka for the first time in a while. We went to a restaurant with a good selection of Shizuoka sake. The menu only lists the brand name, and they asked us to look in the fridge. They only have honjozo, but some of them are junmai (pure rice). Since the price was the same for all of them, I decided to go for the Junmai. It was a dry yet sweet sake with a clean, clean taste with little clutter, and the snacks went down a treat. It was delicious!

Morimoto Morimoto Junmai Sake "Hatsu-no-Takimikiri 2022". This is my first time to drink this brewery. It was a delicious one 🍶🎶 and served chilled. It is a dark, umami, spicy sake, but as the temperature returns to normal, the sweetness and sourness come through. I think it is a good sake at room temperature or warmed. All of Shizuoka Prefecture's sake is delicious.

The spoils of my trip to Shizuoka. I tried to choose something that Tokyo doesn't seem to have! You have good taste in naming things. Sweet? No. Surprisingly refreshing? And finally, a hefty 18 degrees and high alcohol! This is a busy sake. It's easy to drink, but it's not so easy to get drunk.
