It will be an amateur comment 🥹Smooth, rich mouthfeel with a little acidity, dryness followed by a yeast swish🍶I paired it with hamachi and jellyfish. This is a trophy from our monorail sake trip. We also received a Bizen ware sake cup.

It is a noble sake and goes well with meat. It has a mellow, fruity sweetness, followed by sourness and a slight spiciness at the end. I paired it with sagari. The sagari was just warmed up with a gas burner and was almost raw.
