Aged for 7 years, Ichiroman! It's that time of the year for Ichiromant, and I can't believe I got to taste a seven year old bottle. I was served it warm, and the aroma alone was enough to satisfy me. The flavor was also very relaxing as the umami spread softly and gently. The sake is said to have been stored in a sake brewery.
