We drank 3 kinds of Junmai Ginjo at HAMABAR in Hizenhama station.
We selected Yukihime, Nabeshima and Nokomi from 6 kinds.
DEAR MY PRINCESS
The name of the sake was given by the Yuki Inari Shrine Ippongi Goshinshu brewer with a wish for his only daughter to be happy.
It has a fruity aroma and is very drinkable.
Nabeshima is stable and delicious.
Nokomimi has a good sharpness and a firm taste.
The last one is Yukihime.
It has a gorgeous aroma but a refreshing taste.
Easy to drink😊.
We had a lot of drinks and talked a lot.
I really enjoyed it!
I'll be back!
I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do this, but I'm sure I'll be able to do it.
I️ strongly thought that next year is the year for me too❗️.
Thank you for your passionate contribution.
Good evening, Rumion! 😄.
I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed Kashima sake to the fullest~! 😆I took the liberty of showing you what it feels like to be on tour 👍Please take care on your way home! 😊
Haruei Chichi, MAJ, I had enough to drink ♪
More than anything, the people at the shop were friendly and we had a great time talking. I want this shop in my neighborhood😭.
It's nice to be able to examine Kashima City's sake here and then go sightseeing to buy some 😊.
Gorgeous aroma. Slight amber color. The taste is so gorgeous you'd think it was a Ginjo.
I'm going to enjoy pairing it with three kinds of chocolate: pistachio, dark milk, and caramelized. My recommendation would be pistachio.
×X pistachio -> not bad. It has a greenish flavor that lingers in the aftertaste.
×x Dark Milk -> The sweetness of the chocolate with the addition of the alcohol seems to increase the sweetness in the mouth. It's not that sweet on its own.
×x Caramelized → The crunchy texture of the caramel lingers afterwards.
It's hard to decide between pistachio and dark milk.
★★★★☆
During my trip to Nagasaki, I happened to stop by a liquor store in Saga and was introduced to some local products.
I was overturned the concept of Saga=Nabeshima.
Yum!
Ordered a sake comparison set at Drunken Moon.
Rightmost
Details are unknown
It was dry, light and easy to drink.
We ordered an extra cup, but it was a bit more mellow.
100% lay borers from Saga Prefecture. It has a slightly strong alcoholic aroma. However, it is very refreshing, with a green apple taste and a mellow taste. ±The fact that it's +0 is quite understandable. The aftertaste is soft and easy to drink.
Thank you for your comment, Rumion. This was my first time to try Yukihime itself. It is very easy to drink and I love it. Saga's sake is very delicious.
The Sake of Saga continues to grow
I've never been in this brewery before.
We use Saga Biyori rice from Saga Prefecture.
It's 75% low refined, but it's very refreshing and definitely dry.
The flavor comes on smoothly afterwards.
It goes well with meat dishes.
I think this one looks even better warmed up.
