Purchased with Tenryo sake cup at Okuhiroya in Kayashima. They stocked it because it was well received at a Saga sake tasting event held for sake retailers. Probably not normally available in the Kansai region. The rice is made from Hokkaido's Kitashizuku. I know Nabeshima also uses Kitashizuku. It has a beautiful sake quality for the rice polishing ratio. There is a slight sweetness, but it is also slightly thin and heavy. It also has a nutty taste. It tastes like nothing else.

I had plans to go to Saga by train. I also had a preview of Kashima Sake Brewery Tourism. I took a short detour on my way home 😁. I went to HAMABAR for the first time in a while. This place is located in Hizenhama Station in Kashima City, Saga Prefecture You can enjoy Kashima city's sake at a reasonable price. It is a sake bar where you can enjoy Kashima's sake at reasonable prices. We ordered 3 kinds of new spring sake. I also ordered a set of snacks with my favorite sake-kasu cheese. We started with Sachihime's RISE. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma. Fruity, sweet and easy to drink 😊. A bit spicy at the end. It's been a while, but it's delicious✨.

Rice used is Sagabiyori The rice is aged at room temperature for about 2 years at home. I remember that the color was originally a light yellowish color, but I think it has become slightly darker. The flavor has a light aged feel, which is what I was aiming for. The sweetness is also felt with a hint of zing. It has changed a lot from the light, dry, and refreshing type. It was a little sharp, so we left it for a while. The corners were removed and it became more rounded. Finally, I heated it up and it was the best ❣️ This was the first time I felt the fruity flavor in a heated sake. I tried room temperature aging for the first time this time and was first of all satisfied. I think I'm going to be addicted to it: ‼️

昨年の秋、佐賀の酒蔵で試飲して即購入。 九州で北海道産きたしずくのお酒があるとは驚き。 少し甘めで、メロンのような香りの、爽やかな口当たり。炭酸感は控えめ。 ただ、酒蔵で試飲した時の方がもっと感動したような…現地のバイアスなのか、記憶が美化されたのか、開けるまで勿体ぶったからなのか、しかしすごく好みな味。

HAMA BAR②. The second drink of the five-drink comparison is this one, which is written as "Laughing Sake" and reads as "Egushi". It is made from 100% Yamada-Nishiki rice grown under contract with local farmers. The aroma was not very pleasant, but it was rich, mellow, slightly dry, and well balanced. This HAMABAR is located in a station where trains rarely pass, but when he saw me drinking it, he asked me to have one too. He said he missed the train (the timetable of conventional lines had changed after the opening of the Shinkansen bullet train on 9/23) and had to kill two hours by touring sake breweries. I laughed 🤭 because there was only laughing sake.
