My reservation for Shichiken finally arrived ❤️. I've been waiting for you~! At first, the aroma of pear spreads and you think it is sweet, but the mouthfeel is crisp and dry. When you put it in your mouth, it spreads with a fluffy aroma. It changes in three stages and is delicious. Since it is the star of this sake, smoked fish would go well with it.

I was told that it was bottled with carbon dioxide gas from the fermentation process, and I wondered what the taste was like. I was really curious. I opened the bottle with a snap of the wire lock. When I drank it, it definitely tasted chilly. It's a strange feeling. As the days went by, it became mellower and I enjoyed the change in taste.
