Purchased with Tenryo sake cup at Okuhiroya in Kayashima. They stocked it because it was well received at a Saga sake tasting event held for sake retailers. Probably not normally available in the Kansai region. The rice is made from Hokkaido's Kitashizuku. I know Nabeshima also uses Kitashizuku. It has a beautiful sake quality for the rice polishing ratio. There is a slight sweetness, but it is also slightly thin and heavy. It also has a nutty taste. It tastes like nothing else.

One of a set of five bottles ordered from Kashima City, Saga Prefecture, which conducts sake brewery tourism. Kashima has many excellent sake breweries. This is another well-balanced sake with no complaints. It is a little sweet, but not lingering, with a bit of refreshing acidity mixed in for a perfect harmony.

I had plans to go to Saga by train. I also had a preview of Kashima Sake Brewery Tourism. I took a short detour on my way home 😁. I went to HAMABAR for the first time in a while. This place is located in Hizenhama Station in Kashima City, Saga Prefecture You can enjoy Kashima city's sake at a reasonable price. It is a sake bar where you can enjoy Kashima's sake at reasonable prices. We ordered 3 kinds of new spring sake. I also ordered a set of snacks with my favorite sake-kasu cheese. We started with Sachihime's RISE. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma. Fruity, sweet and easy to drink 😊. A bit spicy at the end. It's been a while, but it's delicious✨.
