60% polished rice
This is today's recommendation.
It also tastes like a cross between the two. It could be said to be refreshing, or it could be said to be light in flavor.
The aftertaste is of rice with a long aftertaste. I don't think I've ever tasted anything like it.
The attack is too thin and slippery.
I wonder if it would be different if I licked salt or something before drinking it.
I look forward to other sub-generals.
The sake was purchased at Tenka no Sousho Meiri Sake Brewery.
The sake was refreshing when chilled, and a little thicker at room temperature.
I like both types of sake, so I had to drink it slowly or it would be gone in no time.

This is a ginjo-shu brewed with the characteristics of M-310, a ginjo yeast developed by our company. Please enjoy its wonderful aroma and mild taste with low acidity."
