Last night was a get-together.
We brought our own sake, assuming it wouldn't be too much since it was an all-you-can-drink course at an izakaya chain restaurant.
(I got the restaurant's approval!)
I bought my first bottle of Vice Shogun.
The aroma is fresh and fruity.
The mouthfeel is salty-sweet with a hint of sourness. The ginjo aroma becomes a pleasant aftertaste, and is finished off with a mild sourness and bitterness.
I thought it was based on a light dry base, but I could feel Aizan's character, and it was very tasty.
The fact that everyone who drank it gave it high marks probably indicates that they were paying attention to me.
I also like the cost performance of Aizan's Junmai Daiginjo, which is under 2,000 yen!
Thank you very much for your hospitality!
Clear, light and dry. It can be drunk as smoothly as water. The aroma is refreshing with a hint of sweetness. It is suitable as a food sake because it does not interfere with the taste of food.
Grayish transparent, with aromas of cooked rice, pear, honeysuckle, and green bamboo. The attack is rather weak,
It has a firm acidity and a rather long finish.
Limited edition purchased in Mito.
Aroma 🍋 Strong fruity and promising.
Tastes sweet and limpid. It's a bit strange.
I know it has the sweetness of Miyamanishiki, but for some reason I can't say I like the taste, I wonder if this is the vice-shogun...
It has a mild and gentle taste in the mouth for a moment, but it has a sharp aftertaste of sake and acidity. It makes you want to put it in your mouth one after another. It seems to go well with a thicker snack that does not lose to this sake feeling.
It is clear with yellowish tints, with aromas of pear, yogurt, and topknots. The attack is rather strong, with mild acidity, rich sweetness and a rather short finish.

Good morning♪
As a sake drinker with a sweet tooth, plum cake in a Masu is very appealing😍There are a lot of Nigori spring sake out there.
I think this sake would go well with sweets too 😍.
Hi Yu🎶, ☀️
I have a sweet tooth, and I'm addicted to all the reviews here ❣️ Inside the Masu, it's a cake! It looks like real white sand 😳‼️I'm curious about the taste too 💕.
I enjoyed your Ibaraki report and it made me want to go 🌸
Good evening, Pon-chan 🌙
I was enchanted by the beauty of the Masu surface like a stone garden 🥰 I enjoyed it while feeling elegant ☺️ The cake is filled with plum jelly and is delicious 😋 Ibaraki is a fun place to visit ❣️
Good evening, ymdaz!
It's a serious matter that the Masu looks like koji rice 🤭, I also thought ❣️ if this was sake as soon as I saw the Masu 🤣 I enjoyed the delicious food and Ibaraki sake 🥰.
Yu🎶 here too😄♪
Kairakuen is a garden full of ume plum blossoms 😆👍.
When I saw the cake in the box, I thought it was a boxed garden 🤣It's so beautiful and decorative? I want to try it 🤣.
The plum soft serve looks delicious too💕.
Tsubu-chan, here too 🤗
The ume cake in the square was so beautiful that it was a shame to break it up, but I just had to have it 😋 In the warm weather, the ume soft serve was cold and the sweet and sour taste soaked into my body 🥰 Great to eat and drink 😆💕!
