Vice General.
I'm not a jackass...but I was attracted by the naming.
Above a certain age bracket, I guess it reminds you of the yellow-girl in spicy clothes, doesn't it?
The sake has a flavor with little miscellaneous taste. However, you can feel the umami flavor firmly on your tongue.
When served with shiso maki, Iwaki's specialty pickled daikon wrapped in shiso, it is a good combination to really feel only the umami without any miscellaneous tastes.
This is the true pleasure of local food.
This is the perfect combination for the shinkansen on the way home, a moment of bliss!
Good evening, Mr. Manachy. The Vice General was indeed delicious. As expected of a man bearing the crest of hollyhock.
I see that you are from Ibaraki.
I was greeted with warmth and hospitality on my business trip, which made me fall in love with Ibaraki!
Hello Nobu Nobu 😃.
I've never been on the Joban Line so I'm not sure if I'm a fan of it or not.
I've never ridden the Joban Line so much.
I'd love to ride it all the way from Tokyo to Sendai someday...
Good evening, Haruei Chichi.
I have ridden the Joban Line completely before. It was a great place for a drinking train, with in-train sales and a great view.
Last night was a get-together.
We brought our own sake, assuming it wouldn't be too much since it was an all-you-can-drink course at an izakaya chain restaurant.
(I got the restaurant's approval!)
I bought my first bottle of Vice Shogun.
The aroma is fresh and fruity.
The mouthfeel is salty-sweet with a hint of sourness. The ginjo aroma becomes a pleasant aftertaste, and is finished off with a mild sourness and bitterness.
I thought it was based on a light dry base, but I could feel Aizan's character, and it was very tasty.
The fact that everyone who drank it gave it high marks probably indicates that they were paying attention to me.
I also like the cost performance of Aizan's Junmai Daiginjo, which is under 2,000 yen!
Thank you very much for your hospitality!
Clear, light and dry. It can be drunk as smoothly as water. The aroma is refreshing with a hint of sweetness. It is suitable as a food sake because it does not interfere with the taste of food.
Grayish transparent, with aromas of cooked rice, pear, honeysuckle, and green bamboo. The attack is rather weak,
It has a firm acidity and a rather long finish.
