I took a half day off and had my 5th drink at Tsukiji.
At "Tsukiji Kaku-uchi Tabitebako".
This is the first time I posted about this famous brand.
Mutsu Otokoyama Super Spicy Junmai
Alcohol content: 16%.
Sake degree: +13 / Acidity: 1.9
The aroma is soft and fruity.
The mouthfeel is clear.
The inside is full of umami and acidity.
The aftertaste is dry and dry.
It went well with mackerel with sesame miso. Delicious.
It has been a long time since I have posted.
The sake introduced this time is Ura Otokoyama!
The premise is that the sake was shipped in February.
It was a very crisp sake with a freshness that remained!
As you can see from the glass, bubbles are forming.
When you take a sip, you feel a slight carbonation that reminds you of the fermentation process. Once swallowed, the taste is clean and refreshing without leaving any residue on the palate.
The color is yellowish, so it may have been stored at room temperature, but it still has this freshness!
If possible, I would like to drink the sake right after it is shipped next time.
When it is sealed, it makes a good sound like a pusher.
It has a bitter and dry taste.
It is very tingling.
The bitterness comes with a sharp taste and leaves a bitter impression on the tongue.
Date of manufacture: February 2024
Sealing date: March 1, 2024
