It is so refreshing that it is hard to believe it is Ishikawa's Yamahai. It is the same after taking it out of the refrigerator and letting it sit for a while. The umami is not complex. The aftertaste is also very sharp.

A corner bar where many people were wearing yukata I chose the yuzen label because I thought it would go well with yukata. The label was elegant and did not look like Mashirou-o, and I realized it was Mashirou-o after I chose it. The sake is easy to drink and you can feel the umami quickly. I will drink it right away. I was hungry because I didn't have any snacks, so I finished with Seiryu.
