I saw an ad for Shirataki Shuzo's Namahashiroshi Junmai in a local liquor store, so I bought it.
I bought it because I saw a Shirotaki Shuzo ad in a local liquor store!
I drank it cold, but I would like to heat it up.

At a senior's house.
This sake is produced by the same brewery as Kouzenjosui. This one has a fruity taste with a strong sweetness.
Like Kouzenjosui, there is no hint of a tangy taste at all.
It was very delicious.
Sake with a Japanese paper label is very cool.
SEVEN Junmai Daiginjo 2023
The key word for 2023 is "yeast," and a different yeast is used than in the past.
The Joy of Sake New York 2024
Slightly sweet, no sharpness
Passed level 2 sake test ㊗️
It's late, but I'm drinking 🤤.
This is Uonuma from the rest of the Ni-Utsuri sweet that I opened the other day.
From sweet to dry.
It was a crisp tasting sake ☺️
Good morning, Pokke 😃.
Congratulations on passing the sake test level 2 💮🎉It's great that you're studying so hard👍.
All we can say is how much we drink is good 😋😆.
It snowed quite a bit today, Echigo-Yuzawa.
Before going home, I asked the store owner for a recommendation for hot sake, and bought a bottle of Shirataki.
I bought a bottle of Shirataki.
It has both sweetness and sourness, and was delicious both chilled (natural) right after we brought it home and slightly warmed (the label says to warm it up a little). The snacks were chicken liver with sweet and spicy ginger shoyu and chicken breast with salted malted rice.
A bottle of sake cost less than 2,500 yen.
Sake is so cost-effective!
Well, the bottle runs out quickly. When I put the empty bottles in the recycling bucket, I think to myself, "There aren't any sake bottles left," but then I realize that I like sake so much that I can't help it.
My partner drank it in Niigata and liked it so much that he bought it for me as a souvenir.
The unlabeled bottle is cool and rugged!
The aroma is soft and fruity!
In the mouth, there is a sweetness, followed by a little gasiness. Fresh, unfiltered, and raw sake!
The aftertaste is dry and refreshing!
Delicious!
Kuransho = Kuranjin
It is said that the name was given in the hope that people would drink it as if they were kurabito (brewers).
The naming is wonderful!
I read the warning and then I went to the bushu !!!! and I blew it out and it was a waste of time.
It tastes so crisp. And very, very creamy! Delicious, I like it!
A refreshing drink.
The carbonation is dry and tangy, but then softly mellow and discreetly sweet.
It is like the refreshing feeling you get when you drink a refreshing wine.
Still, it has the perfect balance of sweetness and sharpness of rice that will make your back grow firmer!
