Careful opening the bottle 🤭 as it is an active nigori sake.
Great lees and active shuwagashi ❕.
The lees like doburoku and the carbonation-like gassiness make me expect this to be delicious 🙄.

It's not so much sweet as it is full of rice flavor, and it's a Calpis soda for adults ❕😀 😀.
The astringency of the lees and the active bubbles give it a nice sharpness while holding down the sweetness.
Not dry like a food sake, but a delicious sake that you can keep drinking on its own 😋🤓.
