Shirataki Junmai Ginjo" from Yuzawamachi, Minamiuonuma-gun, Niigata 🍶.

It is said to go well with sashimi, tempura, simmered fish, zaru soba, and white fish carpaccio.
The other day, I had sashimi of Japanese horseradish outside and thought it was delicious but forgot to take a picture of it, so I bought it at the supermarket because it was just on sale 🛒.
First as sashimi and then as carpaccio 🐟.
The taste was beautiful, as if you were drinking clean snow water, just as the young master brewer said it would be ✨.
Shirotaki Shuzo is the brewery that brews "Kozen Nyosui"!
The third photo is a sweet shrimp fried & assorted tempura 🍤 directly from Niigata that I bought at Kadokami Gyorui on another day 😋.
