Five-year aged sake. Local sake from Okuharima in Shibuya.
It's sipping hot sake at the second house.
Rice used: Domestic rice
Polishing ratio 55
Alcohol 15.9
We had a drinking party at work for the first time in a long time and had a good time drinking, but the brand of all-you-can-drink sake was unknown.
Another round of drinks at Waura Bar in Urawa 🍶.
Waura Bar is a very favorite izakaya (Japanese style bar), and I sometimes repeat to go back to the first bar, but it's been a long time since I've been to the first bar.
The quality sake snacks and the selection of heated sake is excellent.
Miyanoi" is a local brand from Okuharima.
It seems to be a dry blend, but it has a great flavor and sharpness.
As one would expect from a brewery in Okuharima.
Hi Hirupeco, good evening😊.
It is definitely on the dry side, but I think it is a good sake for everyday drinking if you have it at home.
It goes well with Japanese food, and since the brewery is located in Okuharima, it seems to be able to withstand storage at room temperature.
Hirupeko-san,
I am a fan of Okuharima and have never been disappointed with Okuharima sake.
I think it's good to buy a good quality sake for daily drinking at home, including the range to enjoy heated sake.
Hiraccio-san, Okuharima is an ironic sake, isn't it? I remember drinking a bottle of Miyama Sengetsu before and it was deeply delicious. I'm looking forward to the change of brewer this season.
This is the local brand "Miyanoi" from Okuharima...
It is a dry sake with a mature aroma and a rich, full-bodied flavor that sharply sharpens when heated.
The label is cool too!
I was interested in Sugimoto Shoten after reading bouken's post.
The store was very badly set up, and I was scared to go in, thinking that I didn't want to go in if the owner was difficult.
The owner was very friendly and I was able to talk to him about a lot of things.
I was in between jobs and wanted to use the time to buy some sake, but I ended up spending more time there than I should have!
He said that he also likes Kinkame, and when we talked about Sanko Masamune, he let us try many different kinds of sake, and we tasted a lot!
It's too far to go there, but I'd like to go there next time!
Right next to Noe Uchidai station!
Noe Uchidai" sounds great, doesn't it?
I envy the golden area from Taishibashi Imaichi!
Osaka has nothing, but the name of the place is the best in Japan!
I'll also introduce you to one of Osaka's few famous landmarks, the Grand Chateau in Kyobashi!
They sell almost all of their sake on tap, half of it at room temperature.
Some modern sake is kept in the fridge!
When I told them I prefer fire-aged sake, they said they only have a few bottles, so I bought this one!
A 30BY mix of various sake from Okuharima sake brewery.
It is recommended to be warmed up to lukewarm.
Very mild, aromatic, ripe and savory!
The acidity is also very clear.
Even when served cold, it is very mellow and has great depth.
Shinjo-san, thank you very much!
I know it's none of my business, but I was wondering if the store would be safe from typhoons and earthquakes.
Miyanoi, unlike Okuharima, has an austere label. The Raku no se that they sell here is an interesting sake 😊.
Thank you for your help every time ( ・・`ω・´)
I really have to conquer what I want before the store collapses!
They offered me the Raku no sei as a fireplace too!
I'll put this on the list too.
There are so many things I want...
Miyanoi's labels have a nice texture, don't they?
It was love at first sight because it matched the interior of Sugimoto Shoten.
I think I'll use it as an objet d'art even after it's empty.
Good evening, good evening, good evening, good evening, good evening, good evening.
When I pass by here, I say out loud "Noeuchindai" and become a suspicious person!
Shinjou-san, every time❗️
In addition to Noe Uchiyo, there's also Kireuriwari👍
Orix depends on Yushin's recovery, but it might be tough this year too...
Tanimachi line has a lot of very long station names. Senbayashi-Omiya, Sekime-Takadono, Tenjinbashi-suji Rokuchome, Shitennojimae Yuhigaoka, Komakawa-Nakano🤣.
Mr. Haruei Chichi, thank you very much for your decision.
You know what you're talking about, don't you?
Thank you very much.
Uriwari is full of cremation stories.
Yakult is too strong...
Most of the batters can hit, and they have an inordinate number of relievers...
Masanao doesn't let me do my job...
Mr. bouken ( - ̀ω -́ )✧
TANI-4 TANI-ROKU TANI-KU is also so long that it's usually unnoticeable.
Even if a rival called Imazatosuji Line comes out, it's no match for them.
Tenjinbashisuji Rokuchome is also a good word, and I love the Tanimachi line!
Good evening, Shinjo-san!
I didn't know about this "Sugimoto Shoten"!
And what an appearance! 😳
And what an amazing assortment of products! 😱.
It's a bit far, but there's a good soba restaurant near here, so I'll drop by next time as a collaborator.
Hi, Mr. Sakeran - ( ・・`ω・´)
It's also important to note that you're leaving the raw sake, suitable for aging, at room temperature.
It makes me feel like going to an event rather than going to buy sake!
I really want you to experience this!
A little irregular.
Memorized because it was a big surprise.
We received Miyanoi's 5-year aged at room temperature.
I have never had the regular Miyanoi
As a different thing.
The aroma is reminiscent of Shaoxing wine and
The roundness without horns.
Panic in my head.
This time I had it cold and slow.
I bet it would go well with gibier and other peculiar dishes!
Hot sake is also good.
This was the first time I had ever received aged sake
I was surprised and impressed
It was a memorable sake.
Limited collaboration with Tangen Shoten. Anyway, it's hard to open. Swooshing and swooshing.
A very rich and delicious nigorizake. It has none of the bitterness often associated with nigori, and none of the bitterness from the carbonation. I couldn't help but drink more and more.
The richness and deliciousness of the aftertaste is something else! You can enjoy the aftertaste forever.

Miyanoi Junmai Shimomura Sake Brewery (Hyogo)
55% Polished, Sake content not disclosed, Acidity not disclosed, Alcohol content 15°.
I had it warmed up. It has the unique aroma of heated sake that tickles the nose. It was perfect with yellowtail and radish. 😋
It's a different brand from the brewery that makes Okuharima, and they mix a lot of different sakes together to make it. 30BY, so it's been left to sit for a while. It's the kind of sake you want to drink lukewarm and linger over.
It seems to be a brand for local people in Okuharima. And it's a blended sake! It has a nice aged flavor and acidity. It's also very good warmed up. The austere label is also great!
