Yesterday, July 3, was the first anniversary of Sake-no-wa's debut! ☺︎ I started this site after someone at work told me about it. At first, it was just a way to keep track of the sake I drank, but I'm glad I started this site because I enjoy interacting with the people who comment on it! ♡♡♡♡ I will continue to enjoy my sake activities with my boyfriend! So, I opened a bottle of Shinmasa that had been sitting in our fridge! ♡♡ It's too gorgeous and too delicious! Happiness! ♡♡♡♡

Opened a bottle of Ash, one half of the bottle I bought at the New Year's pop-up in Shibuya, after half a year! Sweet, but different from the so-called "sweet and juicy" sake, with a refined fruitiness. It has a kiwi-like acidity that is typical of Shinmasa, lightly accented and very pleasant! As the temperature rises, the acidity subsides somewhat, and the sweetness and grapeiness come through. The nuance of the wooden vat is also nice and precise. It is delicious.
