I went to Sendai✨ In choosing my souvenirs, I bought some to drink at the hotel for now 😁. I honestly don't remember that much about it since I drank it outside and then drank it after I got home 😅. It was a delicious sake, clear, acidic and easy to drink ✨. It was delicious with dried squid I bought at the convenience store 😋.

When served cold, the aroma is weak sake aroma, pineapple when you drink it. When you start to drink it, it has a slightly tangy acidity and a certain amount of sweetness, with a slight bitterness at the end. Overall, it is a light and dry sake with an emphasis on drinkability, and seems to be good as a food sake. When heated, the aroma and sweetness stand out, but the acidity becomes more noticeable.

Outside drinking. 100% Kura-no-Hana from Miyagi Prefecture The color is clear. The aroma is slight. When you taste it, the umami of the rice comes to the fore. There is little sweetness, but it does not feel light. The mouthfeel is clean, and it also goes down the throat nicely. ❗️ The aftertaste has a refreshing feeling like that of a peppermint. Refreshing, cool, and refreshing sake 🍶. Seems to go well with a variety of foods😊.
