Special Junmai🍶Fukujuku✨ Aged aroma. It's not heavy for a sake that's been aged for a long time. The spiciness comes first, but there is a brown sugar-like sweetness later. It goes well with flatfish sashimi with more umami. It doesn't interfere with the flavor. Heated to 60° on another day. ♨️ The sweetness increases and it becomes mellower. It also has umami. Fushimi Otokoyama was registered as a good name, so I decided to go with it, but it is Kesennuma Otokoyama. It is a souvenir from my brother. I thought it would be a classic sake, but it is more modern. It is a good sake that goes with everything. I thought it was brewed in Shinjuku Nichome because of Otokoyama Honten. Where is the original Otokoyama?

I got this one because it was a limited edition. The aroma was a little fruity with a hint of rice. The taste was a surprise. The aroma is like cacao, and the taste is like a cocoa. It is a unique and addictive drink. Too bad it was not sold at the liquor store.

Special Junmai🍶. Souvenir sake of wine tourism Sanriku🍷🍶. Slightly aged aroma. Lighter dry than expected. Crisp and ✨. Clear aftertaste. ☺️ I was surprised to find that the shop is a local liquor store that lost their family in the earthquake and tsunami, but they overcame it and are doing their best to stay close to the community. Purchased in a hometown taxpayer-funded drinking comparison set. The taste is THE dryness! There's a slight sweetness in the mouth, but it goes away quickly and it feels like a dry drink.

スンゲーーーーうまい。 ついに純米大吟醸の旨味を知ってしまったもしれません。これはきけん。 旨過ぎる液体。完璧。 透明な水のような綺麗な喉越しの中に米の甘みが広がり、メロンの香りがします。 これはうまいなぁ。家に買って帰りたいよ。
