Aged aroma. It's not heavy for a sake that's been aged for a long time. The spiciness comes first, but there is a brown sugar-like sweetness later. It goes well with flatfish sashimi with more umami. It doesn't interfere with the flavor. Heated to 60° on another day. ♨️ The sweetness increases and it becomes mellower. It also has umami. Goes well with anchovies.
