Now, Tsukasa: ❗️ This is my first time to try Imadaiji. This is a very versatile sake. It has a dry taste that goes well with anything as a food sake, Plus it has a freshness to it ✨. I don't know of any classic sake, I don't know about the classic sake, but if I see it again, I'll buy it in a heartbeat 😋.

December 30, 2018 Banquet at home. Invite friends and enjoy sake and snacks. This is from a friend of Saitama metropolitan. brought in. The bark of a cedar is used for a label on the label, and it's kind of cool. It is said to be brewed in a wooden bucket You can feel a faint aroma of cedar. It is a light and dry taste like Niigata, and and the affinity with seafood was also good.

Drank while packing, bought today at the super cool Imayo Tsukasa Brewery! Fresh and melony on the nose. Dry, acidic, and refreshing on the tongue! Delicious! I wish I could have brought this home but I bought too much other sake and shochu 😂
