The nose has an earthy flavor that brings to mind the process of rice cultivation.
It is round and has a mild aftertaste with a pleasant aftertaste.
It is a junmai ginjo-shu with a pleasant aftertaste.
It is best enjoyed at room temperature with a sense of the harsh Tohoku landscape in autumn and winter.
I would like to drink it at room temperature while feeling the harsh Tohoku landscape in the fall and winter ✨.
I liked the Shirokuma label, but it was sweeter and had more of a kick to it.
However, it is still delicious.
I would like to try other sake from Jokku.

The picture is in proportion to the degree of drunkenness...
I don't remember much, but the review says it has "the sweetness of rice and the roughness unique to new sake", so I guess that's what it is.
Junmai Ginjo🍶Unfiltered Nama Sake✨
Comparison of two major brands from Hachinohe Sake Brewery😆The aroma and taste are relatively mild compared to the Hachitsuru we had earlier: ☺️ Moderate acidity and spiciness. I'm not sure if I'd like this one more for everyday drinking. I think I like this one better for everyday drinking 😊Paired with Western-style marinated tuna 😋.

I thought so after the first sip.
It felt sweet, but not so much after the second sip.
