Purchased at a local supermarket.
The aroma is of rice with a slightly sharp grain-like aroma.
When you take a sip, the spiciness comes just a little bit, and then the umami strongly sticks, I can't describe it, but it is a little bit unique.
After that, the strong umami quickly disappears and is replaced by the umami of water, leaving a slight sweetness of rice in the aftertaste.
I would say that it is a medium-bodied sake with a good umami taste, but not too polished and with some miscellaneous flavors.
