This is a juicy sake that is typical of nama sake. It has a gaseous taste, acidity and sweetness. It is a light sake. The aftertaste is not very long.

Oonogawa Tenka Shooting Star Label (50% Akita Komachi)

A clear and gentle junmai sake. It has no peculiarities and no characteristics. Basically, it seems light and dry, which I don't really like, but I don't dislike this one.

It was cold again this weekend and I wanted to drink heated sake, so I bought Onogawa Junmai Hi-ire ❣️
Well, there is nothing special about it, it's just a standard junmai that's easy to drink lol.
It can be served hot or warmed 🍶.
It has a gentle flavor and a soft, refreshing aftertaste with few peculiarities👍
