A slightly different kind of craft saké.
This sake has a sweet pear fruitiness, a mild ginjo aroma, a refreshing texture, and a pleasant slightly carbonated taste.
Accompanied by simmered dishes
This is the sake that Yasube-san used to drink to get used to his condition after the off-line meeting. I was not in good shape the day after the recent Kenmin-kai, so I had to have it in anticipation of such a situation. I was also out of shape the day after the recent prefectural meeting, so I had anticipated such a situation and welcomed this drink 🤭.
It is brewed with pear juice. Rich aromatic sweet and sour taste reminiscent of smooth La France, and also the aroma of ripe plums that have turned orange on the plum tree. The wine had a silky gasiness when opened and a sweetness as the day progressed. The slight oli at the bottom of the bottle was also mixed in and had a nice round and gentle flavor 😌 Great for an acclimation sake 😆.
Oh my ❕The ingredients also include sprouted brown rice ❔😳😳It's very nutritious 💯🤭.
Hi Kotori 😀
I'm glad you liked it 😇
It's exactly between fruit liqueur and sake, so it's perfect for a welcome drink with a fruity taste and sake presence 🤣.
Hi Yasbay 😊
I always refer to your wonderful reviews 😃I was able to finish it with ease due to the gentle taste 😌I was just getting used to it, wasn't I? I told myself to keep the pace low and finish it over 3 days 😆.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😊
I too 🚕 got weirdly drunk at different times when I got home and didn't get going until about noon the next day 😞I guess when you have fun, you drink too much 🤣Jay, be prepared before you go out drinking 🤭.
Good morning, Kotori: ☀️
I guess we all drank quite a bit without realizing it... 😅I guess when you're having fun you can't help it 😚I'm glad you found the perfect drink to help you get back in shape 😊.
I'd love to drink this one 🤭😋.
Good morning, Tsubu 🐥.
I wanted to try the grape that came out before this one but it was not available 🥲I knew I wanted to drink it ❕ since I saw Yasbaye's review 🤭I guess I didn't have enough temperate water 🤪.
Other brews 🍶 Grape 🍇.
My wife bought this through crowdfunding.
Definitely a hint of grape🍇 in the aroma. Refreshing✨ Sweet and fruity. Sake? Grape juice? If you drink it as if you were drinking sake, you might wonder what it is. It's not sticky. It's not sticky. It might be good if you mix it with carbonated water. It is refreshing and easy to drink. I hope they try many new things.

Craft sake brewed with the addition of pear juice from Shiwa-machi, Iwate Prefecture ^ ^.
Refreshing aroma and a slight fizzy sensation are delightful!

I'm sure Heiroku Brewery will become a great brewery in the future ❗️
It tastes like a pear on the palate. It is said to be made with pear juice from Shiwa, Iwate, a local town.
The sweetness of the pear and the smoothness of the juice make it easy to drink.
A few things I didn't give you in the summer.
This one was really delicious delicious apple 🍎 sweet and sour, and refreshing through the throat, definitely apple 🍎 I drank it very deliciously 😆.
I also saw Heiroku's grapes 🍇 and I am curious about them.
I went to a local liquor store, and while I was browsing around thinking, "It's about time for fall sake," I noticed a craft sake from Hirairoku Brewing called "Re:vive"!
I was about to buy this one, but next to it was a "layer pear" from the same Hirairoku Brewery, and it was labeled "New Arrival"!
I like pears, and I also like new arrivals, so? I bought it!
Can you feel the history and story? It looks like a craft sake (content omitted).
Among them, Layer is a mixed brew with various ingredients added (pears this time).
So the ingredients are rice, rice malt, germinated brown rice, and pears.
When you drink it, it doesn't taste like sake (of course it does 😆).
It has a sour taste. It's a little bit like wine, but the acidity is different from white wine 🤔.
Pear? Pear?
Sweetness is soft.
This is delicious. It goes down smoothly 😋.
I have to save it so I don't finish it 😠.
The second day I left it out, the peariness doubled 😚.
Last time, on September 15, we had a very nice party 😀.
It was a big drinking party with my sakewa friends in Kansai, bringing their own sake 😀.
Everyone brought their own sake, which I usually can't drink even if I want to, so I was drinking with more enthusiasm than usual... As a result, I was completely dead the next day and couldn't move, and I was so drunk that I didn't feel like drinking sake at all for 2 days 😅.
This was my first experience with sake 🤣.
Today I've recovered a bit, so I opened a bottle of Kraft Sake to get used to my body 😅.
The other day, bouken told me that Sake-no-wa even covers craft saké, so I typed it in and it came up correctly😇.
I was surprised to see that you have such a great coverage 😀.
Today I got a pear 😀.
The fruitiness is so strong that Kaorin said it was not sake as she always says 😇.
It was a delicious drink with the fruitiness as it was, but when I added a little soda water to it, it became a strong fruit sake and was very tasty😇.
It was a good rehabilitation and I will be able to go back to drinking regular sake from tomorrow😇.
Good evening, Yasubeyesan.
It was an awesome and fun meeting to get to that point, Yasbaye-san 🎵.
Craft saké is interesting ✨the creator's imagination always excites me 😊.
Good evening, ma-ki- 😀
I never thought I'd be like that either 🤣.
Not only did we have a great lineup of drinks, but the members we were drinking with made the drinks even better 😇.
Hi Yasubeyesan 😃
Off-line meetings are a lot of fun 🤗and before you know it, you're drinking 😚 even more so when everyone brings their own drinks to compare 🤤Good luck with your rehabilitation and have a good drink again 👋
Hi Yasbay 🐦.
You must have run out of four bottles 🤣that's how much fun and delicious it was 😉 Thanks for your time 😊.
I saw this sake in sakewa and I'm curious about it! I'm in love with this sake 😻
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀.
Thank you 🙏.
Thanks to the pears, I was able to rehabilitate myself well, so I'll be able to enjoy a drink while watching Otani's home run slowly when I get home😇.
Drinking at home 56th bottle in 2024
Extra Edition
What is this... it is neither sake nor liqueur. You can feel the rice as well.
Perhaps because wine is also a brew, grapes and sake go well together, and this was a grape wine that was distinctly different from wine.
Date of production: June 2024
Ingredients Rice malt, germinated brown rice, grapes, 100% Iwate rice
Polishing ratio unknown

Next up was Iwate's Heiroku Brewery's LAYER
There was an apple I was curious about, so I drank it.
Founded by Yuki Hirai, a member of the Hirai family who left the Kiku no Tsukasa Brewery
It's refreshing and slightly sweet and sour.
Just like Mr. Adachi said, it's like apple cider vinegar.
Hi bouken 😀
I see you had 🤣 apple on the shelf 😀.
I actually bought this sake at Hata's because it was recommended by your husband 😀.
What? I didn't give it to him because I thought it could be counted as sake 🤣.
Good evening, Mr. Yasube.
I was curious about this since it was in stock at Hata 😁.
It's registered as a brand in Sake no Wa and the process is almost the same as sake so I don't think it's a problem to post it 😊some people have posted shochu 😅.
Good evening, Mr. Hirupeko.
I felt that there were not so many people there compared to other booths, so I had to go! So I rushed there 😁.
It was nice to see you, Mr. Adachi 😊.
Unusually, I buy craft sake.
From the aroma, you can taste apple acidity, and in the mouth, there is a solid apple nuance. A delicious sake with a fruity apple flavor. We enjoyed it after dinner in a relaxed manner. Delicious.
Heiroku Brewing Layer Grapes
Polishing ratio: 50% for koji rice, 90% for kake rice
Alcohol content 14
Craft sake.
Strictly speaking, it is not a sake, as it contains germinated brown rice and grape juice in addition to rice and rice malt.
Delicious!
The aroma of grapes is amazing, fruity and sweet!
The aftertaste is like honey.
This is so good!
