I went to a local liquor store, and while I was browsing around thinking, "It's about time for fall sake," I noticed a craft sake from Hirairoku Brewing called "Re:vive"!
I was about to buy this one, but next to it was a "layer pear" from the same Hirairoku Brewery, and it was labeled "New Arrival"!
I like pears, and I also like new arrivals, so? I bought it!
Can you feel the history and story? It looks like a craft sake (content omitted).
Among them, Layer is a mixed brew with various ingredients added (pears this time).
So the ingredients are rice, rice malt, germinated brown rice, and pears.
When you drink it, it doesn't taste like sake (of course it does 😆).
It has a sour taste. It's a little bit like wine, but the acidity is different from white wine 🤔.

Last time, on September 15, we had a very nice party 😀.
It was a big drinking party with my sakewa friends in Kansai, bringing their own sake 😀.
Everyone brought their own sake, which I usually can't drink even if I want to, so I was drinking with more enthusiasm than usual... As a result, I was completely dead the next day and couldn't move, and I was so drunk that I didn't feel like drinking sake at all for 2 days 😅.
This was my first experience with sake 🤣.
Today I've recovered a bit, so I opened a bottle of Kraft Sake to get used to my body 😅.
The other day, bouken told me that Sake-no-wa even covers craft saké, so I typed it in and it came up correctly😇.

Today I got a pear 😀.
The fruitiness is so strong that Kaorin said it was not sake as she always says 😇.
It was a delicious drink with the fruitiness as it was, but when I added a little soda water to it, it became a strong fruit sake and was very tasty😇.
It was a good rehabilitation and I will be able to go back to drinking regular sake from tomorrow😇.

I wondered 🤔 what would be good to pair with the horse sashimi I bought yesterday in Towada, and chose this👍.
Craft sake from Iwate. They also said it is a new sake with grapes added.
So here we go. The color and standing aroma are both rosé wine. After that, there is a hint of rice aroma.
In the mouth, the sweetness of the rosé wine and rice is alternately felt, and finally the moderate bitterness of sake spreads. The color is spring-like and perfect for cherry blossom viewing 😚 and very easy to drink. I think even sake beginners🔰 would like it.
Serve with horse sashimi. It tastes like wine with garlic (🧄) and like sake without any condiments. Interesting 😄.
