The second drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant is Gizaemon Aki by Wakabisu Shuzo.
Following the summer version, I was able to enjoy the autumn version as well.
Let's start with the aroma.
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
In the mouth, it has a complex flavor, but at the same time, it has a slightly old-fashioned sake feel to it, making it easy to drink.
It has a gentle bitterness and is light on the palate, giving it an overall sense of freshness.
It goes well with food and is good as a mealtime sake.

ma-ki-San, I'm with you 😃.
Gizaemon! We haven't had it yet 🥲 but I googled it and found out that there is a series of "Damon" from the Four Seasons 😳I want to conquer this kind of thing 😅I'll see if I can find a liquor store that sells it 🤗.

Jay & Nobby, thank you very much.
That's right ⤴️ we have sake for all four seasons here ⤴️
Sounds like Jay & Nobby's Izumo Fuji ✨.
I want to complete spring and winter too!
